Alexandra and Amaury met in 2018 while working at the Boys and Girls Club. They were friends for a year before Amaury got up the courage to ask Alexandra to be his girlfriend. At the time, they were both students at the University of Connecticut (UConn), but then Covid hit. Fortunately, the long distance only helped their relationship grow stronger. They now live together in Boston and are excited to see what the future holds!

It was a beautiful, sunny and 75-degree day in Springfield for their session. We started on the top of the Civic Center Garage (41 Harrison Ave) where we had a stunning cityscape backdrop and gorgeous light from the setting sun. We then headed to Springfield City Hall (36 Court St) to wrap up on the grand front steps. Alexandra told me after the session, “We were a little hesitant at first because we had never done something like this before, but you made us instantly feel comfortable! We had so much fun and felt our connection grow stronger through the experience. We still talk about the session, and it has become one of our favorite memories together!”
